Porirua City Council Property File Digitisation Project

This project digitised the Councils hardcopy and microform property records and integrated them into their Hummingbird EDRMS.

Size and Scale - ~41,000 property files in paper format, coda files, ~34,000 Aperture Cards, ~1,000 Fiche, ~29,107 drainage plans (A3 );
    
Data type/quantity - Multiple Multi-page TIF’s per property broken down into files based on content. All files were compressed using Group IV compression with an approximate total image count of 688k and an estimated combined file size of 43GB.
