Identity Services Group part of the Department of Internal Affairs required two set of microfiche converting to a digital media.  During the period of the relationship with DIA found  Digital Imaging staff to be knowledgeable and personable to deal with. Desktop Imaging have transformed the way we do business by enabling Housing New Zealand to have all our lease documents available to us across the country in electronic form.  Desktop Imaging were very supportive in our request and gave us to really useful tips on how we should undertake this exercise. We are enjoying the positive approach Desktop Imaging is taking to managing our contract.  Excellent communication and regular site visits have meant that the Desktop Imaging team has fully understood changes in file structures we have requested.  Desktop Imaging has been extremely flexible in responding to the specific needs of our project, in particular providing storage of all Council’s property files on their site.  To help improve our quality assurance process and ensure we can achieve a 3 day turn-around in requested files Desktop Imaging publish all scanned batches on a FTP site - an innovative approach to help us satisfy our customers service expectations.
